The Development of Closed Procurements on Specialized Electronic Platforms

<jats:p>The article examines the process of developing closed electronic procurement in the field of national defense and security in the context of a complex geopolitical situation and sanctions pressure. In the era of the sanctions war, the closure of procurement allows us to avoid the imposition of “new” sanctions on enterprises of the military-industrial complex and take measures to ensure the economic security of our country. The article discusses the main advantages of conducting electronic procurement for the needs of the Russian Armed Forces using specialized electronic platforms, which provides control over access to procurement and ensures that only qualified and verified participants can participate in the procedures. The article discusses the advantages of digitalization in closed procurement and the prospects for the development of electronic services.</jats:p>
