The Nature of the Constitutional-Law Institution of “Human Dignity” in the Philosophical-Legal Tradition

<jats:p>The article examines and analyzes the content of the constitutional and legal institution of human dignity. Based on a comparative analysis of the concepts of human dignity in various centers of the Axial Age, a conclusion is drawn regarding the nature of the original essence of human dignity. The special role of the Axial Age in the formation of the modern understanding of the constitutional and legal institution of human dignity is emphasized.</jats:p>
