Problems of Legal Regulation of State Financial Support for Entrepreneurial Activities in the Sphere of Creative Industries

<jats:p>This article discusses a wide range of legal instruments for supporting creative industries in Russia. The main problem is the fragmented financial flows across government departments and agencies in the distribution of federal budget funds, which complicates the assessment of the effectiveness of the legal framework for state support of creative industries. Distinguishing between entrepreneurial and non-profit activities should improve the effectiveness of such support.</jats:p>
