On the Concept of Unfriendly Actions of Foreign States: The Financial and Legal Aspect

<jats:p>The article draws attention to the complex and multicomponent nature of the unfriendly actions of foreign states. The correlation of the concepts of “sanction” and “measures of influence” in the context of these actions is carried out, the hierarchy of unfriendly measures is highlighted and their author's classification is given.</jats:p>
