Abstract
<jats:p>The termination indemnification features optimal for credit and unnoticed by others are analyzed in this article. They are originated from national legal system as means of different relations settlement. It should be taken for granted that such modes of obligation as performance, set-off, liquidation, repudiation, avoidance; It has no equivalents in foreign civil law except for those in CIS-countries. The termination indemnification ought to strengthen position of the financing banks. The above-mentioned instrument having been structured as alternative obligation pattern as explicitly indicated in contracts based on the discretion of bank and financial institution serves as security for due fulfilment of pecuniary refund pursuant to art. 308.1 of CC of RF.</jats:p>
