Legal Regulation of Infrastructure Development of Russian Transport Corridors in the Arctic Sector

<jats:p>This article focuses on the legal regulation of the infrastructure development of the Russian Federation’s transport corridors in the Arctic. Given that the Northern Sea Route is a key element of the Trans-Arctic Transport Corridor, particular attention is paid to its legal framework. Within this framework, the Russian Federation has adopted federal laws, departmental regulations, presidential decrees, and government orders, and is actively pursuing the conclusion of international treaties.</jats:p>
