The Mentoring Institution in Labor Law: Legislative Consolidation and Implementation Practice

<jats:p>The article is devoted to the legal institution of mentoring in labor relations. The authors define the prerequisites for the inclusion of the norm regulating mentoring in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation; describe the legal mechanisms for formalizing the relationship between mentor and mentee. Based on the analysis of labor legislation and judicial practice, the main problems in the regulation of these relations are highlighted and recommendations for improving the regulatory framework in this area are proposed.</jats:p>
