Features of the Claim Form of Judicial Protection of the Rights of Business Entities in the Conditions of the Platform Economy

<jats:p>In this article, the features of protecting the rights of business partners of digital platforms in the context of the emergence of the platform economy in Russia are examined. It is shown that the current and emerging regulatory framework, including the Law on the Platform Economy, establishes mainly a fragmented model of protection focused primarily on intermediary digital platforms. Based on a comparative legal analysis of European and other foreign approaches, the article concludes that the priority should not be to expand the number of special legal regimes, but to make targeted amendments to the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation so as to adapt it to the specific nature of platform disputes.</jats:p>
