Online Broadcasting of Criminal Court Proceedings on the Internet in the Context of Digitalization of Criminal Procedure

<jats:p>The article discusses the possibility of introducing mandatory broadcasting of criminal proceedings on the Internet. The author reveals the advantages and disadvantages of this institution. The author suggests an algorithm for broadcasts that guarantees the observance of the procedural rights of participants and increases the standard of transparency of criminal proceedings.</jats:p>
