Theoretical and Legal Analysis of the Concept of the Source (Form) of Constitutional Law: Some Approaches

<jats:p>This article provides a systematic analysis of the sources of constitutional law, taking into account the various approaches taken by legal researchers in this matter. The author presents an expanded understanding of the source of constitutional law, which includes both formalized acts and other forms of legal regulation sanctioned by the state, as well as its qualitative characteristics.</jats:p>
