Artificial Intelligence as an Object of Constitutional Law Relations

<jats:p>The article examines artificial intelligence as an object of constitutional legal relations. The author explores the works of both Russian and foreign scholars on the issue of artificial intelligence in constitutional law. Special attention is given to the characteristics of artificial intelligence as an object of constitutional legal relations. As a result, the article concludes that it is necessary to establish a legal framework for the constitutional legal regime of artificial intelligence in order to implement the principles of the rule of law and ensure the implementation of human rights and freedoms in connection with the increasing use of artificial intelligence in the activities of state and local government bodies.</jats:p>
