The Regulatory Potential of Strategic Planning Documents

<jats:p>The article studies the issues of legal influence of strategic planning documents on the development of legislative setting in various spheres of public life. The focus is on the ideological component of the documents under consideration and their role in the formation of subordinate legal regulation. The triad of legal influence (motivation, stimulation, impact) on legal entities is revealed, designed to ensure the achievement of the goal and the fulfillment of the tasks set out in strategic planning documents. The conclusion is made that the regulatory potential of the documents under consideration is manifested in the whole set of legal instruments used by political authorities to secure the rights and obligations of authorized bodies and officials who ensure the fulfillment of assigned tasks.</jats:p>
