On the Discussion on the Subjectivity of Artificial Intelligence

<jats:p>The problem of “robot legal personality”, which has moved from the pages of science fiction novels to modern legal literature, is forcing legal scholars to test, if not to reconsider, certain fundamental principles of their legal understanding. This article highlights the most notable sources of international and national regulation in the field of artificial intelligence. It provides an overview of the current state of the Russian legal debate regarding the issue of artificial intelligence’s legal personality and suggests a hypothesis about its potential benefits for the development of legal responsibility in constitutional law.</jats:p>
