The Council of a Municipality as a Subject of Communication with the Public Power

<jats:p>The relevance of the study is due to the need for local self-government bodies to fulfill the separate state powers transferred to them. As a result of the analysis, the role of municipal councils in establishing interaction between municipal and state authorities has been established, and the forms of such interaction and the need for its further improvement have been determined.</jats:p>
