Some Aspects of the Interdisciplinary Influence of Ecology on Theoretical Jurisprudence

<jats:p>The article is devoted to the study of certain areas of interdisciplinary influence of the science of ecology on theoretical jurisprudence. Several directions of influence are shown. Firstly, the influence on the development of the doctrine of human rights, expressed in the expansion of the list of human rights at the expense of a group of environmental rights. The second direction is the influence on the transformation of the doctrine of state sovereignty in terms of the approval and dissemination of the legal concept of state sovereignty. The third direction is the development of the doctrine of legal personality.</jats:p>
