Migration policy and the development of patriotic personality: Conjugation vectors in contemporary Russia

<jats:p>This publication examines the specifics of migration regulation in the Russian Federation, as well as the role of schools and colleges in nurturing patriotic and socially responsible individuals. It examines key concepts related to state migration policy, as well as the regulatory and institutional frameworks at both the federal and regional levels. It is noted that the effectiveness of migration policy can be enhanced through active engagement with young people by education advisors. It is concluded that education advisors serve as a link between the state migration policy strategy and its implementation at the local level. After all, the successful adaptation of migrant children at school prevents their future marginalization and potential social tensions, which directly impacts the achievement of migration policy objectives in the long term.</jats:p>
