Антирефлексивность как детерминанта структурной организации метакогнитивных качеств ИТ-специалистов, Antireflexivity as a Determinant of Structural Organization of Metacognitive Qualities in IT Specialists

<jats:p>The paper presents the results of an empirical study of antireflexivity as a determinant of the structural organization of metacognitive qualities in IT specialists. Antireflexivity is understood as a stable metacognitive personality trait characterized by a tendency toward deliberate reduction and inhibition of excessive reflexive processes. It is shown that antireflexivity exerts a differentiated influence on the metacognitive sphere depending on the level of analysis. At the structural level, an inverted U-shaped relationship was identified: maximum integration of the metacognitive system is achieved at a moderate level of antireflexivity, while both low and high levels are associated with substantially lower structural organization. The identified relationship is autofunctional and is accompanied by a complete absence of disintegrative tendencies across all groups studied.</jats:p>
