Кругликова), Differentiation of criminal liability of accomplices in crime: on the issue of the quality of criminal law regulation (in the light of the research of Professor L. L. Kruglikov)

<jats:p>The article discusses the problems of differentiation of criminal liability of accomplices in the context of the scientific heritage of Professor L. L. Kruglikov. The debatable issues concerning the levels, grounds, limits and means of differentiation of criminal liability of accomplices of a crime are investigated. The conclusion is substantiated that, from the point of view of the quality of criminal law regulation, such a model of differentiation of criminal responsibility can be considered adequate, which assumes, firstly, the differentiation of responsibility for crimes committed jointly and individually, and, secondly, the differentiation of responsibility between accomplices, taking into account the nature and degree of their participation in the commission of a crime.. It is proposed to consider its development by means of the General Part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation as a priority area for further improving the differentiation of criminal liability of accomplices in crime.</jats:p>
