Abstract
This clinical pharmacology handbook is organized according to the nosological principle of the ICD-10 classification and contains information on the necessary diagnostic and pharmacotherapeutic measures for conditions encountered in obstetric and gynecological practice. The book describes the drugs that are approved in the Russian Federation. The systematic organization of this large body of material allows the physician to easily determine a diagnostic and treatment plan based on current guidelines, select a drug by its international nonproprietary or brand name, verify its dosage, route of administration, and therapy duration, and provide a prescription. The handbook is intended for obstetricians and gynecologists to use in their daily practice. It will also be helpful to continuing education students at the departments of obstetrics and gynecology and clinical pharmacology.
