Abstract

<jats:p>Procedural law comprises criminal, civil, and public law issues within a comprehensive perspective, while also being characterised by the specific features of a certain area. The emphasis of this edited volume, which covers the second annual Conference of Young Procedural Lawyers, is on arbitration and collective redress. Also highlighted are the prospects for development in criminal prosecution and administrative procedure. To round off, the different ways European law influences national procedures are addressed.</jats:p>
