Арктические регионы Северо-Запада России: политика развития в условиях санкций и ограничений

<jats:p>The monograph examines development and exploration of the Russian Arctic. It analyzes the activities of the branches of power of the Russian Federation and the State Commission for Development of the Arctic in 2020–2024. Special attention is paid to improving shipping along the Northern Sea Route and increasing cargo volumes within the framework of development of the TransArctic Transport Corridor. Implementation of Arctic infrastructure projects in the Northwest of Russia, as defined in the Strategy for Development of the Arctic Zone of Russian Federation and Ensuring National Security up to 2035, is examined within the context of sanctions imposed on Russia by the USA and EU</jats:p>
