Tools for Building an Adaptive System of Anti-Crisis Management of Integrated Corporate Structures across the Stages of the Crisis Cycle

<jats:p>The relevance of this study is determined by the need to improve tools for constructing adaptive anti-crisis management systems in the context of a dynamically changing corporate environment, increasing complexity of structured business processes, and uncertainty. Currently, existing anti-crisis approaches do not take into account the specifics of adapting management systems to each stage of the crisis cycle, which leads to delays in response and loss of synergy between the elements of integrated corporate structures. The purpose of this study is to develop and substantiate tools for constructing an adaptive anti-crisis management system for integrated corporate structures, focused on the phases of the crisis cycle and ensuring the transition from reactive measures to proactive strategies. The following key objectives are identified within the framework of the study: analysis of the stages of the crisis cycle and their impact on integrated corporate structures; development of an architectural and functional framework of tools for each stage; formation of a methodology for integrating tools into a single system. The object of the study is integrated corporate structures in crisis conditions. The subject of this study is a toolkit for constructing an adaptive crisis management system for integrated corporate entities across crisis cycle stages. General scientific research methods, including logical and abstract methods, comparative analysis, and decomposition, were used, ensuring the systematic and theoretically sound nature of the results. The results form a set of tools that enable the synchronized management of integrated corporate entities across all stages of the crisis cycle and enhance resilience through rapid adaptation. Implementation of the proposed toolkit creates a scientifically sound foundation for further research in the field of adaptive crisis management.</jats:p>
