Recommendations on Optimizing the Financial Condition of Avangard LLC for Financial Management Decision-Making

<jats:p>The scientific article provides differentiated practical recommendations for improving the financial condition of the organization under study, based on the previously conducted economic analysis, which included structural-dynamic, trend, coefficient and factor analysis, and formulated conclusions. An economic assessment of the proposed recommendations has been carried out. A comparison of the financial results obtained before and after the introduction of the recommendations was made. The forecast of financial condition indicators in the future period is made: the coefficient of protection of creditors, profitability of sales and profitability of products. Proposals have been formulated to diversify the business of the enterprise in the industry “Production of bread and flour confectionery, cakes and pastries of short storage”. Proposals have been put forward to optimize the debt burden of the organization under study. Other researchers involved in analyzing the problems of the financial condition of organizations are mentioned.</jats:p>
