Abstract
<jats:p>The workshop was prepared at the Department of Criminal Procedure Law named after P. A. Lupin University named after O. E. Kutafin (MGUA) jointly with the Department of Criminal Law Sciences of the Orenburg Institute (branch) O. E. Kutafin University (MGUA). The workshop meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education — bachelor's degree in the field of Law 40.03.01, specialty 40.05.04 Judicial and prosecutorial activities and the work program of the discipline "Judicial System and law enforcement agencies", as well as the requirements of the federal state educational standard of higher education — specialty 40.05.03 Forensic examination and the work program of the discipline "Law Enforcement organs". The workshop can be successfully used in mastering the academic discipline "Judicial system and law enforcement agencies" as part of the secondary vocational education program in the specialty 40.02.04 Jurisprudence. For students and teachers of law schools and colleges, graduate students, doctoral students, practicing lawyers, including in the framework of professional development programs.</jats:p>
