Abstract

<jats:p>The paper examines the interaction of international law and culture in the context of the rapid development of international relations and high rates of technological progress. The main elements of the international legal concept of cultural diversity and the role of state sovereignty in ensuring it are analyzed. Using the examples of various regional legal systems (the EAEU, Africa, etc.), the importance of international law in preserving the cultural identity of peoples is revealed. International legal guarantees of human health protection are considered through the prism of cultural and religious approaches.
