Abstract
<jats:p>The monograph identifies the main strategic directions for the development of criminal justice in the context of the universal digital transformation of society and the state. The authors combined the implementation of the national project "Data Economics and Digital Transformation of the state" with the solution of urgent problems of reforming criminal proceedings; arguing for the introduction of doctrinal changes in the theory of criminal procedure, substantiated proposals for improving criminal procedure legislation, formulated recommendations for law enforcement practice in the transition to electronic criminal proceedings. For scientists, teachers, graduate students (adjuncts), students (cadets) of law schools and faculties, law enforcement officers, investigators, prosecutors, judges, as well as all those who are interested in modern problems of judicial proceedings.</jats:p>
