Organization development management. Methodology of clientocracy

<jats:p>The textbook outlines the theory and methodology of organizational development management, flexible management methods and models that are used all over the world. The emphasis is placed on the domestic methodology of managing the development of the clientocracy organization, which has proven its effectiveness in commercial and non—profit organizations. The goal is to show a new way of development and the possibility of increasing the effectiveness of management through the transformation of the organizational structure of management.
