Higher education system: scientific, methodological and legal support of the educational process

<jats:p>The monograph presents the national historical experience of educational activity — the characteristic features of the university education system in pre-revolutionary Russia, the development of higher education in the USSR, as well as the modern experience of foreign countries. The issues of scientific, methodological and resource support of the national system of higher education are being investigated. Based on the author's research on the problems of the methodological model of modern higher education, practical recommendations are offered for improving its legal support. It is of practical and scientific interest to the management and staff of universities, lawyers, legislative and executive authorities and other persons interested in the issues of the Russian education system and its improvement.</jats:p>
