<jats:p>Based on the analysis of an extensive array of historical and legal sources through the prism of the biographies of V.M. Levandovsky, L.A. Belevtsov, N.I. Vasiliev and I.Ya. Khazbievich, the monograph reconstructs the genesis and development of the Voronezh Training Team, the school of the District Police Guard, recognized as one of the most exemplary in the entire Russian Empire. The work is one of the results of the approbation of research in the field of the memorial function of law.
