Social regulators of individual behavior change in the context of management standards transformation

<jats:p>The monograph reflects the problems of social regulation of relations based on management standards in the context of the global restructuring of society. The emphasis is on the quality management standards underlying the process relationships in the organization. The article reveals changes in intergroup interactions in society, the role of standardization in this process, and the peculiarities of individuals' behavior in the context of global processes that transform communication. The paper addresses issues related to the use of artificial intelligence in the management of organizations, as well as the digitalization of processes occurring at the industry 6.0 level.
