Abstract
<jats:p>The monograph is devoted to the scientific issues of gender equality (gender egalitarianism), which is considered in a broad interdisciplinary legal context. The work contains the results of research on such issues as the constitutional basis of the legal conceptualization of gender equality; legal aspects of the differentiation of legal entities by gender; legal mechanisms for the implementation of gender equality at the national and international levels; the evolution of legislative regulation of gender equality in Russia; monitoring the implementation of legal guarantees of gender equality in Russia; the gender aspect in the field of legal regulation of migration.
