Abstract
<jats:p>The monograph presents the characteristics of modern theoretical and applied problems of legal regulation in the context of the formation of the doctrine of administrative constitutionalism. Administrative constitutionalism as the ideological basis of modern public administration affects all areas of administrative and legal regulation without exception, which necessitates a comprehensive study of the problems of the legal mechanism of public administration in modern conditions of development of society and the state. The main approaches to understanding the subject, method, sources of administrative law and their classification are analyzed, and the directions for further improvement of legislation and law enforcement practice in the field of public administration are substantiated. Special attention is paid to highlighting the problems of practical implementation of the doctrine of administrative constitutionalism in the implementation of constitutional values in modern public administration and the corresponding mechanism of administrative and legal regulation. It is intended for students, postgraduates, teachers and researchers of educational and scientific institutions, as well as for anyone interested in the problems of modern administrative law.</jats:p>
