Abstract
<jats:p>The monograph contains an analysis of the legislation regulating housing rights of various categories of minors. The problems of the legal regulation of the civil protection of the housing rights of minors with legal representatives in the person of parents (adoptive parents), during the transactions of privatization, purchase and sale, donation, inheritance of residential real estate, as well as the problems of law enforcement of norms on the protection of minors, developed proposals for their solution. It is intended for lawyers, social workers, specialists of guardianship and guardianship authorities, teachers and students studying in the field of "Jurisprudence", as well as anyone interested in the protection of housing rights of minors.</jats:p>
