Power, ideology: a civilizational and cultural approach

<jats:p>The problem of power is the most important in science, but the understanding of its nature was carried out, as a rule, in terms of the classical relational-activity model. The authors used a civilizational and cultural approach, which allowed them to focus on the peculiarities of power formation, consider it in the context of the unity of democracy and archaism, and show the connection between power and ideology. The work reflects on the spiritual values of Russian culture (primarily patriotism) as the foundations of statehood.
