Abstract
<jats:p>The monograph presents the data of modern scientific literature and the results of the author's own research on the study of the lymphatic system of the eye. The concept of the role of conjunctival lymphatic vessels in the regulation of hydrodynamics after glaucoma surgery is substantiated. The data confirming the existence of a pathway for the outflow of intraocular fluid from the suprachoroidal space into the conjunctival lymphatic vessels are presented. It is intended for practicing ophthalmologists, ophthalmic surgeons engaged in glaucoma surgery, clinical residents and graduate students specializing in Eye diseases.</jats:p>
