First aid and tactical medicine in law enforcement agencies

<jats:p>The textbook combines theoretical foundations with practical recommendations and algorithms of actions in the field of first aid and medical care in tactical conditions, which makes it an important tool for the formation of appropriate professional competencies among students. The structure of the textbook includes two sections. The first section discusses the specifics and procedure for first aid in the Internal Affairs Bodies of the Russian Federation, taking into account the specifics of official activities and possible extreme situations. The second section is devoted to the issues of tactical medicine and algorithms for providing assistance to the wounded in combat conditions, including in situations of limited medical resources and increased risk. Meets the requirements of the latest generation of federal state educational standards for higher education. It is intended for training cadets of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the discipline "First aid" in the areas of training "Law and order enforcement", "Legal support for national security", "Psychology of official activity", as well as for employees of territorial internal affairs bodies during training in the framework of professional service and physical training.</jats:p>
