The results of intellectual activity in the creative industries

<jats:p>The purpose of this textbook is to teach the reader to navigate the world of modern creative industries. The relevance of developing the training course is due to the introduction of the concept of "creative industry" into official Russian legislation (Federal Law No. 330-FZ of August 8, 2024 "On the Development of Creative (Creative) Industries in the Russian Federation") and the need to coordinate the methodology for managing the production of cultural products with the main ideas of this law, as well as with current trends development of art and management. For this purpose, the textbook outlines models for obtaining innovative products, including in the field of culture. The classification of the products of innovators' labor is presented and the ways of protecting their intellectual rights are described. Practical recommendations on the management of innovative projects in the field of contemporary art and registration of intellectual property rights are given.
