Development of an effective model of additional professional education in the context of digital transformation

<jats:p>The monograph examines the issues of the state and prospects for the development of additional professional education, including: assessment of the current state of the vocational training system; analysis of modern vocational training practices in order to ensure advanced training and professional retraining of specialists for their rapid adaptation to the transition to a new technological order; development of conceptual provisions on the formation of new approaches to vocational training in the context of digital transformation (identification of promising areas for the diversification of vocational education, substantiation of the relevance of new educational formats and technologies). It is addressed to teachers of the system of additional professional education, researchers and specialists in the field of androgogy. The practical recommendations of the authors can be used in the development of strategic solutions for the further development of vocational training.</jats:p>
