Information legal relations and their subjects: theory, practice, technique

<jats:p>This monograph analyzes the current state of information legal relations, which, due to current trends related to the transformation of established models of interaction between the state, society and citizens, have undergone important changes. Special attention is paid to the subject structure of information legal relations, including the author's vision of virtual subjects of communication. The main advantages and disadvantages of the current legislation in the field under consideration are investigated, and the author's proposals for improving legal regulation are argued. It is intended for students of educational institutions of higher education, as well as for graduate students and teachers of law schools.</jats:p>
