Abstract

<jats:p>The textbook provides methodological materials related to supply chain optimization. Special attention is paid to adapting the choice of solutions according to a variety of criteria in accordance with the preferences of the decision maker. Modifications of traditional approaches to optimizing solutions according to many criteria are used. In particular, the weighting coefficients for the indicators of particular criteria are taken into account, as well as the specifics of the position of pessimism - optimism. Models of shifting the lines of the level of the selection criterion to the so-called utopian point in the space of values of particular criteria and orientation control models for guiding these lines of the level are also used. An approach to filtering the initial alternatives is presented, if this is required for a very large set of them. Numerical illusions and actual types of tasks for supply chains are given. Meets the requirements of the latest generation of federal state educational standards for higher education. For students of higher educational institutions studying in the field of "Management" and other economic areas and specialties, as well as a wide range of managers and entrepreneurs who want to organize their business more effectively.</jats:p>
