Abstract

<jats:p>The structure of the textbook is determined by the authors' desire to consistently reveal the formation and development of international economic law: from financial and economic regulation at the national level to its transition to the interstate level, from classical settlement relations to cryptocurrency. The general part examines the conceptual features of international economic law (including issues of international economic integration, as well as the specifics of resolving economic disputes). In a special part, international trade, contract, financial, investment, tax, bankruptcy, customs and transport law are characterized. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation.
