Abstract

<jats:p>&lt;p&gt;SLFN11 expression in multiple myeloma (MM) cell lines and SLFN11 translocation to nucleoli by BTZ. &lt;b&gt;A,&lt;/b&gt; Correlation between the expression of &lt;i&gt;SLFN11&lt;/i&gt; and &lt;i&gt;SLFN13&lt;/i&gt; in the Cancer Therapeutics Response Portal (CTRP)–Broad–MIT cell line database (&lt;a href="https://discover.nci.nih.gov/cellminercdb/" target="_blank"&gt;https://discover.nci.nih.gov/cellminercdb/&lt;/a&gt;). Correlation coefficient and &lt;i&gt;P&lt;/i&gt; value are indicated above the figure. &lt;b&gt;B,&lt;/b&gt; Representative SLFN11 immunoblots in MM.1S, KMS-34, and KMS-27 cell lines.
