Journalists’ Attitudes Toward Media Legislation in the Kingdom of Bahrain

<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title> <jats:p>This study examines the significance of media legislation and journalism ethics in addressing contemporary media challenges, such as fake news, misinformation, and rumors, particularly with the rapid growth of digital media. It aims to understand journalists’ attitudes toward media laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which help balance freedom of expression with social responsibility. By reviewing prior studies, this research highlights the role of media legislation in safeguarding journalism, ensuring transparency, and promoting credibility. Finally, the study advocates for further research on digital journalism ethics to develop innovative solutions for emerging challenges.</jats:p>
