It integrates results from multiple clinical trials and insights from community stakeholders to ensure practical relevance and effectiveness. The book emphasizes self-determination, self-regulation, and self-knowledge to equip young people with the skills necessary to achieve educational and employment goals. It offers a clear, step-bystep manual that enables therapists, educators, and other providers to deliver the curriculum in both individual and group settings through personalized training and community immersion. Finally, the book includes an accompanying workbook that reinforces learning and facilitates the practical application of key concepts.</jats:p>
