<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title> <jats:p>This chapter provides practical guidance to managing unresponsive, peri-arrest, and critically deteriorating patients. A structured approach to the simultaneous assessment and treatment of airway, breathing, and circulatory issues is essential. Clear guidance is given for managing common reversible causes of collapse, initiating emergency interventions and appropriate use of vasoactive agents. This chapter also outlines priorities for early stabilization, escalation to the critical care team, and realistic physiological targets during resuscitation.</jats:p>
