<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title> <jats:p>Based on the bestselling Essential Revision Notes for Cardiology KBA, this new resource has been fully updated and refreshed to reflect the ESC core curriculum for cardiology. Written in a revision notes style, lists, bullets points, and tables help candidates to absorb information and grasp the essential facts quickly. Each chapter is written by a senior cardiology trainee in collaboration with a senior consultant who has expertise in that specific field, ensuring that the content is both authoritative and accessible. This revision guide will help the reader prepare for the European Exam in Core Cardiology, which is now a leading tests of general cardiology knowledge and understanding. In 2023, 26 ESC National Cardiac Societies, 2 ESC Affiliated Cardiac Societies and 2 ESC Global Partners participated in the EECC, and this text will provide an accessible revision aid for all candidates.</jats:p>
